I had the best experience today at Phone Studio! Brought in my iPhone 14 Pro Max because the screen completely gave up on me, and honestly I was stressed out. But Matt was super friendly, professional, and explained everything in simple terms — no pressure, no upselling, just honest service. They fixed my phone faster than I expected, and the quality is amazing. I had an amazing experience with phone studio. I was looking to get my iphone battery replaced. Called around and most of the stores prices were skyrocketed, but the phone studio. Matt helped me with explaining most of the how repair gets done over the phone, they offered different options too, and did the repair infront not like other stores in the back. The team here is great. Extremely responsive and professional. They are not pushy, are knowledgeable and know what to do. The employee was very knowledgeable and respectful, we called around in courtice for iPhone 13 screen replacement, and they were doing it for in just 20 min.
